and encourage poets The Tower Poetry Society, founded in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada in 1951, is one of North America's oldest poetry collectives. TPS has published two volumes of Tower Poetry each year since 1975. Monthly meetings at the Westdale Hamilton Public Library feature poetry workshops where poets present their work to receive peer comment.
